Curriculum
New Testament: While the entire New Testament is far too much for us to study thoroughly, we will spend the first semester deepening our understanding of the greatest event of all time; the entry of the God-man, Jesus Christ, into human history. We will focus on the life and teaching of Jesus Christ as well as the land and culture in which He lived on earth.
Christian Morality: It is natural that as we take the study of the Gospel seriously, we will have to look at what kind of response it asks of us. Our study of Christian morality is a discussion of what the Catholic Church describes as our appropriate response to the Gospel.
Expectations: Our students come from many different faith communities and our class must be an environment of respect for all faiths. Grades will be based on mastery of the material and not on faith accent. For further details see class policies.
